Corporate communication must do more than just inform - it has to inspire - particularly when it is intended to address people within the company. It is pivotal for winning over employees individually and realising their full potential for putting new measures and ideas into practice.

PIKON has the courage to address managers and employees in a very unique way - new, differently, innovatively. We come up with the ideas for our concepts in our own creative studio in an interdisciplinary team consisting of experts in:

  • production (with linked disciplines such as film, video, webTV, music, text, print and event organisation)

The various perspectives and the passion of many different people at PIKON create a fertile ground for generating key messages in a completely new way. The aim? To create a culture of success within the company.

In the process we combine important factual information with stimuli at emotional and personal level. We want every employee to become involved. We want every employee to understand:

  • the purpose of the project,
  • why they should become involved,
  • whow they can make a contribution,
