Our employees access the SAP® world by visiting SAP training courses appropriate to their future career path. Even our developers have to attend SAP® application training:
We expect the developer to be familiar with the standard SAP R/3® processes and to be able to discuss the specific requirements with the user directly.
He does not need the consultant as an interpreter, but as an application specialist.
New employees are soon integrated into the project and take responsibility. In internal projects they are briefed to take deadline and budget responsibility.
During the monthly PIKON Research Day, we deal with all modules and business areas in a process-oriented way. Thus, our coworkers learn to recognise and evaluate the interdependencies between the various modules, and they acquire an overview of the other modules.
All activities are coordinated at the PIKON Meeting. Moreover, current topics of the extended SAP® environment are presented and discussed.
