Philosophy

PIKON's corporate culture is borne by its employees. It is based on the assumption that humanity (confidence, credibility, frankness, reliability, respectability) and motivation are, in effect, inseparably connected. The PIKON staff perceive themselves as a team, carrying joint responsibility, reaching common goals and sharing success. In order to put this into practice, every PIKON employee, independent of his/her post, contributes to the enhancement of our service portfolio. Ideas are collected and considered; after all, new ideas may go on to produce very positive results. A successful company is supported by a combination of these aspects.
