The involvement of our employees in the composition of our service portfolio is an important element in this strategy, together with self-financed growth and good planning. Other important elements in our growth include a high level of transparency, and the ability to take responsibility at an early stage. However, we believe that the keys to our success are our excellent employees. That's why, even in the early stages, we have adopted an employee involvement model. Today, more than 10% of PIKON Deutschland's shares are held by the employees.
