SAP & Adobe Business Breakfast - PIKON Belgium NV

On 22nd October 2009, PIKON Belgium organized a Business Breakfast about the SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe (SIFbA) platform at seminar complex 'De Vesten' in Laakdal. This beautiful location offered a very good accessibility for companies all over Flanders. It was a successful and informative event for all participants.

SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe (SIFbA) are interactive PDF-based documents that enable data entry and data storage both online and offline. This recent technology provides a link between structured transaction data in enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.) and unstructured, document-based information.

The workshop consisted of three parts: the developments by the SAP & Adobe partnership, the advantages of SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe and some concrete application examples and last but not least Master Data Management optimization with SIFbA.

Roel Vankerkom and Yordi Beckers developed a system-demo for Master Data Management optimization with SIFbA. Both experts are convinced that the accessibility, interactivity and flexibility of SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe increase the accuracy of your company data significantly and reduce your company's paper-use radically.

Next to Master Data Management optimization, the SIFbA technology can be used to optimize the usage of time sheets, travel requests, purchase order requests, service subscriptions, etc.
