Understandably, we are a self-sufficient and independent company. We are able to look back on 10 years of growth which has been financed through our operating income. PIKON’s shareholders all work in the company; they are the founders and chairman, numerous staff members as well as the head of the advisory board.
PIKON’s company culture is borne by its employees. It is based on the assumption that humanity (trustworthiness, credibility, frankness, reliability, respectability) and motivation are, in effect, inseparably connected. The PIKON staff perceive themselves as a team carrying joint responsibility, reaching common goals and sharing success. Within the objectives of the management board belong the tasks of permanently enhancing the performance portfolios.
