Looking back   

The Belgian consultancy activities of the PIKON International Consulting Group started in 1997. John Frijns founded “Kaap – bvba”  while at the same time working in international projects, especially for HENKEL.  In 1998 he was joined by Koen Meuwis, who made an important  contribution to the further growth of the company not only as an employee but also as a shareholder. In 1999 the cooperation with PIKON Germany was confirmed by a new name, PIKON Belgium NV.

Finding and developing talents together

As with any group the appearance and essence of a group is determined by its founding principles and the contribution of each and every member. This is also true for PIKON Belgium where we enjoy each others individuality and contribution and where we learn from the interaction with our international colleagues in Germany and Switzerland. There seems to be a spirit of finding and developing talents and capacities in each other. A situation in which the dynamic of the group touches and changes its members and the members change the group.

“In sync” with the customer

Although we are an independent  consultancy- and software house, we should  say we are a company that depends very much on its customers. This awareness can be found in each of the PIKON employees be it in the countries or on the group level. Being in close co-alignment with the priorities and developments of our customers seems to come as a second nature. Exceeding the customer expectations is a strong incentive that keeps us all focused.

Innovation and creativity

No innovation without a good factual understanding of the issues and the content but also no innovation without an alternative approach or a new addition. We feel that stimulating creativity by having a well informed and open company culture is what keeps us “switched on “ and helps us create new ideas and solutions.
