Dazu geh\u00f6rt die monatliche INTRASTAT-Meldung, mit der die innergemeinschaftlichen Warenbewegungen zwischen EU-Staaten statistisch erfasst werden.<\/p><p>Da die \u00dcbergangsphase f\u00fcr den BREXIT am 31. Dezember 2020 endet, gibt es neue gesetzliche Anforderungen, die zu erf\u00fcllen sind, u.a. bei der INTRASTAT.<\/p><p>Gro\u00dfbritannien wird ab dem 01. Januar 2021 nicht mehr als Mitgliedsstaat der EU behandelt.<br \/>Laut Statistischem Bundesamt ergeben sich folgende <a href=\"https:\/\/www.destatis.de\/DE\/Themen\/Wirtschaft\/Aussenhandel\/Methoden\/Brexit\/einstieg.html\">Ver\u00e4nderungen bei der Erfassung der Au\u00dfenhandelsstatistik<\/a>:<\/p><p>Warenbewegungen und Lieferungen nach Gro\u00dfbritannien gelten somit nicht mehr als innergemeinschaftlicher Vorgang, sondern werden als Export behandelt. Damit sind diese Vorg\u00e4nge nicht mehr relevant f\u00fcr die INTRASTAT.<br \/>Allerdings gibt es eine Ausnahme und die betrifft Lieferungen nach <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/european-union-and-united-kingdom-forging-new-partnership\/eu-uk-withdrawal-agreement\/protocol-ireland-and-northern-ireland_de\">Nordirland<\/a>. Diese m\u00fcssen weiterhin als innergemeinschaftliche Warenbewegung erfasst werden.<\/p><p>SAP unterst\u00fctzt seine Kunden bei der Implementierung der erforderlichen \u00c4nderungen und hat im <a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.support.sap.com\/\">Support Launchpad<\/a> Hinweise mit Coding\u00e4nderungen und erforderlichen Customizinganpassungen ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Beim Einspielen der Hinweise sollte die <strong>Deadline 01. Januar 2021<\/strong> beachtet werden, da einige Hinweise VOR diesem Tag ins Produktivsystem einzuspielen sind. Das enthaltene Coding greift dann f\u00fcr Meldungen, die ab dem 01. Januar 2021 erstellt werden.<\/p><p>Die INTRASTAT-Meldung f\u00fcr 2020 kann auch nach Einspielen der Hinweise noch erstellt werden.<\/p><p>Je nach SAP-Implementierung gelten andere Hinweise.<\/p><h2>INTRASTAT mit S\/4HANA<\/h2><p>F\u00fcr INTRASTAT-Meldungen, die in S\/4HANA erstellt werden, m\u00fcssen die folgenden SAP-Hinweise <strong>vor dem 01. Januar 2021<\/strong> eingespielt werden:<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.support.sap.com\/#\/notes\/2753338\">2753338<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.support.sap.com\/#\/notes\/2874323\">2874323<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.support.sap.com\/#\/notes\/2875339\">2875339<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.support.sap.com\/#\/notes\/2976216\">2976216<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p>Und <strong>vor dem Start der ersten INTRASTAT-Meldung in 2021<\/strong> muss folgender SAP-Hinweis implementiert werden:<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.support.sap.com\/#\/notes\/2997204\">2997204<\/a><\/li><\/ul><h2>INTRASTAT mit SAP ECC<\/h2><p>Falls Sie noch mit einem SAP ECC System arbeiten, so m\u00fcssen die folgenden SAP-Hinweise VOR dem 01. Januar 2021 eingespielt werden:<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.support.sap.com\/#\/notes\/2753338\">2753338<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.support.sap.com\/#\/notes\/2874323\">2874323<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.support.sap.com\/#\/notes\/2976216\">2976216<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p>Der Sonderstatus Nordirlands schl\u00e4gt sich u.a. in den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.destatis.de\/DE\/Methoden\/Klassifikationen\/Aussenhandel\/Downloads\/laenderverzeichnis2021.html\">L\u00e4ndercodes<\/a> nieder. Damit auch die korrekten L\u00e4ndercodes \u00fcbermittelt werden, werden weitere SAP-Hinweise ver\u00f6ffentlicht, die VOR der ersten Ausf\u00fchrung der INTRASTAT-Funktion zu implementieren sind.
