The Company
PIKON Benelux NV is a SAP consultancy firm located in Genk. It is one of the three offices of the PIKON International Consulting Group, alongside PIKON Deutschland AG and PIKON UK Ltd. PIKON focuses its expertise on SAP business software, which is the market leader for ERP and Business Intelligence systems. With our knowledge and expertise, our consultants travel around the world to help our customers improve and automate their business processes, while closing the gap between IT technology, business management and people (communication).

In my previous job, I saw firsthand how incredible ERP systems can be in helping businesses run smoothly. Watching them evolve from basic settings to fully automated systems got me really interested in ERP and how it can benefit different teams. That´s why I joined PIKON as an ERP consultant. Now, I work closely with clients, figuring out their needs, analyzing their processes and giving them customized ERP solutions. The Office
Consultants at PIKON are sent of to clients around the world, but they always have an office to return to.
Our office is located in Genk, in the middle of Limburg (near highway E314) and in the heart of the Euregio Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany.
A great advantage of our location is that it is not impacted by traffic jams and easily accessible by public transport.
PIKON Office
In 2019 we moved to our new modern office with open spaces, enough meeting rooms and sufficient parking space. Every week we provide a fresh fruit basket and rumours have it, we offer great coffee!
Home Office
Because we care about a healthy work-life balance, we give our PIKONeers the option to work from home.We stay in touch via online meetings. Sometimes this means we are all sitting in our gardens, apart but still together.
Customer Office
The consultants travel around the world and work a lot at the clients’ office. Settings and workspace sometimes differ drastically, as you can see yourself!
