        You are currently undergoing or preparing for an ECC-to-S\/4HANA transformation and need to decide whether SAP Cloud ALM is suitable for planning and executing the transformation and\/or managing your future SAP landscape.           Workshop structure:<\/strong><\/p>

          Part 1: What do you have and what do you need?<\/strong> \u2013 Discussion of the questionnaire results and identification of relevant use cases, critical processes and pain points.<\/p>

          Part 2: What does SAP Cloud ALM offer?<\/strong> \u2013 A concise, decision-oriented introduction to SAP Cloud ALM, its architecture and functionality, supported by capability maps. The focus is on decision-relevant information rather than detailed product training.<\/p>

          Part 3: How does SAP Cloud ALM map to your scenarios?<\/strong> \u2013 Review of selected use cases based on prepared use case catalogues and demo scripts. Together, we identify implementation options, benefits, limitations, prerequisites, effort and relevant alternatives (briefly).<\/p>

          Part 4: SAP Cloud ALM Fit Assessment<\/strong> \u2013 Assessment of the identified use cases and the intended overall setup in terms of strategy, technology, operations, functionality, governance \/ compliance, as well as costs and benefits.           Part 5: Recommendation and next steps<\/strong> \u2013 Consolidation of the results into an overall recommendation, documentation of open points and outlining a pragmatic roadmap and possible follow-up activities. You receive documentation of your current situation and use cases \/ pain points, a customised CALM Fit Matrix, a Decision Canvas containing the workshop results, as well as a well-founded recommendation including next steps.<\/p>

          Guiding principle \u2013 You gain decision confidence, not product training.
