COVID-19: Your business continuity during the coronavirus crisis

The rapid spread of the coronavirus pandemic, also known as COVID-19, has overwhelmed, and in some ways even paralyzed, the world tremendously. The news is daily covered by coronavirus updates and everyone is both privately as well as on a business level affected by the precautionary measures for their own protection and that of others.

PIKON will remain accessible during the coronavirus crisis

Currently, all PIKON staff members are working from their home offices and have remote connections with our customers to implement ongoing projects. Our offices have an essential minimum occupancy level. Although we are working from home, your contact persons at PIKON will remain available throughout the entire corona crisis to respond to all your questions as usual.

Digital transformation makes it possible for us to continue our customer activities with virtual web-meetings replacing on-site sessions:

  • IT projects are not put on-hold. Obviously, also the customization and testing of our customer systems just takes place as normal. You can reach your consultants or developers via their known contact details.
  • In case you need external resources to support you with your projects or know-how, we are still able to support you on short term with a dedicated team of experts that is used to work remotely.
  • Meetings, appointments and workshops are held in various formats, e.g. via video conference calls.

How you can take these exceptional times to your advantage

Don’t let this situation get you down, there are many opportunities in times like these. Use this time wisely!

Check and optimise your business processes – are they future proof and crisis-proof? Are your business processes still running as smooth in these crisis circumstances as before? Our team of experts offers support in the analysis and optimisation of your processes and their implementation in SAP. Since the foundation of PIKON more than 20 years ago, this has been our core business.

What does your digital roadmap look like? Have you already thought about implementing SAP S/4HANA into your business? If so, do you already know which migration scenario (brownfield, greenfield or hybrid approach) fits your needs best? Or have you already chosen a migration path and require some more support in the implementation? Our team of experts stand by to help you wherever needed.

Whatever your requirements or concerns may be for all your SAP needs – we are here for you, also in these difficult times. Until then – stay safe and healthy!
