INITIAL SITUATION

There is already a planning process but it is still fragmented either from a business or tool perspective and offers potential for optimisation.

CONTENT

At the beginning of the workshop we will work out answers to the following questions together:

  • Who does the planning?
  • What is planned?
  • Which tools are used for planning?

Based on this information, we can work out the actual situation and possibly already identify potential for optimisation. From there it is just a small step to defining the target situation.

OUR APPROACH

Since the initial situation in companies is very different when it comes to planning, the remit is clarified in depth before the workshop. While clarifying the remit, we check whether your expectations match the planned content. If this is not the case, appropriate adjustments can be made.

OBJECTIVES

We create a common understanding of the need for an integrated planning process. In this workshop, this primarily includes the business management component (planning model).

We work both online and in face-to-face events with innovative workshop concepts that always involve the participants 100% in the results of the workshop and therefore ensure that the workshop outcome contains added value for the company.
