We are experts for organisational development in the IT environment. Our goal is to enable people to work together efficiently – every day, on challenging projects and with (digital) changes.

Not sure if this is relevant to you? Find out.
Arrange a free, no-obligation appointment with our high-performance team. You bring a concrete challenge from your company and we provide you with initial solutions and ideas. In the process we know: You will have the right answers, we will ask the right questions.
We want you to know how much we appreciate the way you have cared for us during the project. Your team has always stood by us in this hard and stressful time and helped us in overcoming difficult situations. Your advices were interesting and to be used not only in a professional background but also in a private context. We learned a lot thanks to you and could also develop ourselves. We can only recommend you!

We do not “roll out” ready-made measures, but develop needs-based concepts together with you, which lead to the outcome you want.
We work according to agile values wherever possible. Our approach is iterative, empirical and circular.
Our way of working is based on a systemic mindset. We never see problems as stand-alone, but always as part of a complex system. Even small changes can get a whole system moving and achieve decisive effects.
We not only have your benefits firmly in mind, we make them visible. We measure the effectiveness of our actions and can communicate successes based on facts through scientific
qualitative and quantitative surveys.
Challenge us with your specific situation and request your personal workshop:
Did you stumble into a situation in which the interaction of the people involved is complicated, communication is limited, structures are not functional, motivation is unclear, or something simply doesn’t sit right? Learn how to untangle these situations and regain control and remain able to function in 5 steps!
You are planning a worldwide SAP conversion. We support you with the project design and act as a sparring partner to offer you the right guidance for your individual project plan. Together we gradually make complexity manageable and identify the steps necessary for your project goals.
You want to prepare your departments for S/4HANA implementation. Using personalised change concepts, we work with you to develop custom-fit structures that integrate key roles such as key users and process owners in a meaningful way and contribute to ensuring sustainable success.
You have to report regularly on the project status and want to make the benefits of measures visible. We can measure effectiveness and satisfaction qualitatively and quantitatively. As a result, “soft” factors are also translated into figures and project successes can be communicated on an ongoing basis.
It is essential for your company and project success that critical teams work together efficiently and in a solution-focused manner. We support your team on its path to performance and innovation and provide targeted assistance through personnel selection, team development and supervision methods.
You want to avoid problems you are already aware of or challenges from past projects. We offer innovative approaches and out of the box solutions and find ideas that lead to a measurable difference, even for highly complex problems.

Whatever your requirements are, our high-performance team will support you.
We all know that projects are only successful when a group becomes a team. It sounds so simple, yet it is so complex. How often do we start big projects and invest no special attention in the project team? Unless it doesn’t work, but then it is already too late. Working with the dynamic Organisational Development team at PIKON has shown me great new perspectives. Every hour of collaboration yields new synergies. The Organisational Development team brings successful structures, impulses, project methodologies, communication and, above all, sustainable team development to our project (Global S/4HANA Program).

… is like the Fantastic Four: on their own they are superheroes, but together they’re even better.
If someone asks us what our unique selling point is, we say: the team. Our superpower is interdisciplinarity and multi-perspectivity. Our different backgrounds and expertise in business administration, sociology and psychology are not only added value for customers in terms of content, but above all bring maximum speed to interactions, processes and projects. This results in a large pool of possible solutions and approaches for our customers’ unique situations in just a few seconds. This makes us experts for complex contexts, challenging projects as well as conflict and crisis situations. But as different as we are, we are united by our common systemic, agile mindset and, last but not least, our passion for our work.
Both in motorsport and in project work, Corina constantly checks whether her team members, both internal and external, are ready for the next start. In doing so, she strictly keeps last season’s results in mind and actually takes lessons learned onto the road. With an international business management background and several years of sales experience in a corporate group, she has an eye for efficiency. If things threaten to get too complicated, she helps with her pragmatic manner to find a good starting point from which quick wins can be integrated into sustainable concepts. No challenge is too great and no distance too far for her. She sees critical bottlenecks and possible escalations before the next bend and makes the necessary preparations even before the need for them becomes apparent. As a result, she successfully crosses the finish line in project races on time and in budget.
Linda is a psychologist and systemic consultant with experience in executive recruitment. As a musical performer, she also knows how important well cast roles are for a successful show. She meticulously and personally ensures that our customers’ employees, managers and teams can ideally play the roles assigned to them, forming a functioning ensemble together. She sees our projects through a conductor’s eyes: efficient preparation and space to rehearse are as much a part of this as critical observation and detecting any wrong tone or timing. This is her way of making everyone around her better. She puts a lot of herself into her work and always acts on equal terms – approachable and emphatic. In hectic scenes and with a high workload, she keeps track of all open processes and tasks. No task is guaranteed to fall behind with her by our customers’ sides.
It is not only as a martial arts instructor that Janosch is an expert in getting himself and others into the strategically smartest position as quickly as possible, from which the most options for action and solutions arise. Due to his agile mindset as a certified Scrum Master, he finds new openings instead of closed doors, especially in complex and messy situations. In doing so, he acts effectively and with foresight, as well as always focusing on long-term developments and, above all, synergies in addition to quick wins: he opens several doors at once with one handle and gets the most out of projects. As a systemic consultant and long-standing lecturer, Janosch’s goal is to empower his customers and colleagues. They not only benefit from his social science knowledge and his experience as an independent coach for executives, they become door openers and coaches themselves. What’s more, Janosch is an extremely likeable social animal. Lightness and humour are just two of his key elements for a stable relationship based on trust, from which even dysfunctional patterns and conflicts can be worked on constructively. As a result, he not only supports his own team but also our customers’ on their path to high performance.
Max is a psychologist and systemic consultant. What sets him apart is his passion for complexity and maximum speed. His clear view from the meta level, i.e. the bird’s eye view, allows customers and colleagues to consciously unravel tangles of thoughts and to see a multitude of driving directions and solution paths instead of dead ends. Coupled with his strong analytical skills, he is able to crack even the most complex structures and dynamics. In doing so, he sets critical switch points leading to the most effective and efficient processes. As a member of the German Federal Agency for Technical Relief, it is only logical that Max acts as a disaster control officer both in our team and for our customers. He foresees delicate situations at an early stage and prevents catastrophes before others even recognise them as such by taking effective preventive measures. Above all, Max displays bundles of energy and manages to combine learning experience with fun, not only by using methods from e-sports and experiential education.
