For more than 25 years, PIKON Benelux has been a leader in SAP consultancy. From our Genk office, we support global companies in optimizing their SAP processes, implementing both standard and customized solutions to meet specific business needs.

During this internship, you will evaluate and improve one of our SAP implementation processes. Our consultants have defined the necessary steps, but the process can often be repetitive and time-consuming. You will learn our current methods from analysis to testing and explore existing SAP automation tools (mass upload, RPA) to help create a more efficient implementation process. Your goal will be to revise our current approach or introduce a new tool to facilitate various SAP implementations.

If your focus is more on logistics, a potential project could involve setting up a warehouse in SAP and managing product reservations and allocations for specific customers. This requires understanding SAP's capabilities in logistics and fitting the solution within a client's specific context and system setup. The exact business case will be decided in consultation with the student.

If your focus is more on tax and Legal Requirements, you would be placed within our Competence Center for Legal Requirements. Here, you will work with your colleagues to research changes in existing and upcoming legislation related to E-Invoicing and Tax Reporting.

If your focus would be more on finance, you could be involved in the optimalisation of Financial reporting processes or support the set up of new company codes in SAP. This would require an understanding of the SAP Finance and Controlling modules, for which you would be trained by one of our experienced FICO consultants.

In addition to the above, you can also get some training such as the SAP basic training, the SAP eDocument cockpit training, and the project management essentials training. You will also be involved in ongoing projects to get a good picture of the project approach in the ERP world.
