About SAP Analytics Cloud

SAP is delivering a fully fledged BI platform in the cloud with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC for short). It offers the possibility of consuming company data in real time, i.e. live or using the import interface (e.g. Excel import or BW import) on a wide variety of end devices.

The live connection guarantees a connection which your valuable company data is not transferred over, i.e. it does not leave your company.

With the analytical board tools (Story Builder, Digital Boardroom and Analytics Designer) you have all the tools at hand to develop and map simple reports as well as complex applications. Planning and predictive analytics are of course also on board. As is the possibility of analysing data by self-service. The performance is taken care of by the in-memory HANA database, which acts as the basis for the extensive SAP Analytics Cloud functions.

SAP Analytics Cloud also provides all the management for the applications. This includes an end-user view to access reports, a complex authorisation system, as well as source system management and much more.
