OBJECTIVES

Prepare your organisation and employees for the change, increase acceptance and ensure sustainable use of S/4HANA. In the context of the SAP Activate methodology, this workshop belongs to the Prepare phase.

  • The importance of change management has been recognised, but no specific measures have been defined yet.
  • Employees are uncertain about S/4HANA Cloud, new processes and roles.
  • Communication and training concepts are lacking or have not yet been defined.
  • Managers want guidance on how they can specifically promote acceptance and commitment.
