OBJECTIVES
Prepare your organisation and employees for the change, increase acceptance and ensure sustainable use of S/4HANA. In the context of the SAP Activate methodology, this workshop belongs to the Prepare phase.

- The fundamental decision to implement S/4HANA has been made, and the project is currently in the preparation phase.
- The importance of change management has been recognised, but no specific measures have been defined yet.
- Employees are uncertain about S/4HANA Cloud, new processes and roles.
- Communication and training concepts are lacking or have not yet been defined.
- Managers want guidance on how they can specifically promote acceptance and commitment.

Preliminary “homework”: Conducting and evaluating our Change Readiness Check online (approx. 2 hours):
- Analysis of the current organisational culture and readiness for change.
- Identification of resistance and levers for success.
