OBJECTIVES

By the end of the workshop, you will have an initial assessment of which software solution best fits your organisation. Additional analyses or workshops may be necessary for a final tool selection.

INITIAL SITUATION
Your current corporate planning process is prone to errors, slow, and requires extensive coordination due to fragmented processes and incompatible tools. Existing systems do not work efficiently together, leading to ineffective workflows. Additionally, modern xP&A methods such as AI and machine learning have not yet been used, despite their great potential for optimisation and automation.
CONTENT
During this workshop, we will collaboratively address the following key questions:
- Which people and departments are involved in the planning process, and what are their requirements for an xP&A tool?
- How simple or complex is the current planning process and its sub-processes?
- What optimisation potential does the use of xP&A tools offer for future-proof planning?
If desired, we will also introduce relevant SAP planning tools that fulfill the requirements of an integrated xP&A solution, including demonstration scenarios.
