Part 2: What does SAP Cloud ALM offer? – A concise, decision-oriented introduction to SAP Cloud ALM, its architecture and functionality, supported by capability maps. The focus is on decision-relevant information rather than detailed product training.
Part 3: How does SAP Cloud ALM map to your scenarios? – Review of selected use cases based on prepared use case catalogues and demo scripts. Together, we identify implementation options, benefits, limitations, prerequisites, effort and relevant alternatives (briefly).
Part 4: SAP Cloud ALM Fit Assessment – Assessment of the identified use cases and the intended overall setup in terms of strategy, technology, operations, functionality, governance / compliance, as well as costs and benefits. Functional coverage, risks, quick wins, dependencies and exclusion criteria are documented in the CALM Fit Matrix / Decision Canvas.
Part 5: Recommendation and next steps – Consolidation of the results into an overall recommendation, documentation of open points and outlining a pragmatic roadmap and possible follow-up activities. You receive documentation of your current situation and use cases / pain points, a customised CALM Fit Matrix, a Decision Canvas containing the workshop results, as well as a well-founded recommendation including next steps.
Guiding principle – You gain decision confidence, not product training. The workshop therefore provides a balanced view of SAP Cloud ALM, including its level of maturity, limitations, scenarios that are not suitable, and a realistic comparison with SAP Solution Manager.
