SAP BW 7.5 (on-premise) is currently subject to the following support timeline:

Extended Maintenance is a paid extension of SAP’s standard support, available until 31 December 2030. SHIFT: Existing BW content is transformed into SAP BW data products (using the Data Product Generator). Modernization Approach: “Shrink & Replace”
The “Shrink & Replace” approach replaces the existing SAP BW system either completely or partially, creating a clean and future-ready foundation with maximum flexibility.
